• Exercise: – We all know that regular exercise helps us cope with pain. It’s especially effective for people with migraine. Some even find that mild exercise during a migraine helps alleviate the pain.
• Avoid: -To prevent migraine avoid or reduce white flour products, sugar, confectionery, rich cakes, pastries, sweets, refined cereals, greasy foods, tinned or preserved foods, pickles, condiments and sauces.
• Garlic: – Include garlic in your diet. Either chew a piece of garlic in the raw form or mix it with other food items.
• Heat and Cold: – For some people with headache it’s one, with some it’s another. Experiment, but avoid extremes, which can make things worse! Try a cold pack wrapped in a couple layers of towel on your neck. One of my favorites is putting your hands in hot water, which seems to pull the pressure out of your head.
• Use Lemon Crust: -Lemon crusts can cure migraine. Grind lemon crust and apply as a paste on the forehead. Migraine cures using this remedy has been found very effective and long lasting by many. Lemon peel is helpful in solving migraine headache. Grind lemon peel to form a paste and apply it on the forehead. Let it dry and then rinse off with cool water.
